Bayʿ al-Salam Terms of Sale

By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following:

1. Contract Type:
   All purchases are made under the Islamic contract Bayʿ al-Salam, where the buyer pays in full at the time of order for goods delivered later.

2. Full Prepayment Required:
   All products must be paid for fully in advance. Cash on Delivery is not permitted.

3. Product Specifications:
   Each product listing includes full specifications including type, model, quantity, and other relevant details.

4. Delivery:
   The delivery period for each product is fixed and visible on the product page. Delays beyond this period entitle the buyer to a refund or alternative remedy.

5. No Cancellations by Seller:
   Once payment is made, the seller is obligated to fulfill the order as agreed.

6. Refunds:
   Refunds are only allowed if:

   • The product is not delivered within the maximum delivery time

   • The product delivered differs from the agreed-upon specification

7. Islamic Compliance:
   We follow guidelines by reputable Islamic scholars and institutions to ensure every transaction is Riba-free, Gharar-free, and fully halal.
